The Alabama Council of Association Executives’ mission is to provide individuals in the association management field with professional development, first class educational, CAE certification, and networking that you aren’t afforded with other associations.
ACAE offers a variety of programs and services to meet this mission. The Annual Convention, continuous Seminars and Workshops, and Lunch & Learns keep us on the cutting edge of industry training and up to date information on issues that affect our daily lives. They also allow us to network with all members, getting to know each other on a professional and personal basis. The Annual Golf outing allows us time for mingling with members in a fun environment.
In the 30 plus years that I have been a member, ACAE has provided the mentoring and educational opportunities that I would never have received if the association did not exist. The CAE certification process is the most worthwhile endeavor I’ve achieved in my career. The Study Group widened my horizons and broadened my perspective of the association world.
