TITLE: DIGITAL MEDIA MANAGER
Status: Exempt
Reports directly to: CEO
Position Description:
The charge of the Digital Media Manager is to develop, implement, track and optimize the Association’s
digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. This includes producing promotional videos,
graphic designs, display advertisements and written content, tracking performance of digital marketing
campaigns and optimizing use of each digital channel to enhance the Association’s digital brand.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work closely with the Director of Communications & Marketing to produce and integrate digital
content to enhance marketing campaigns
• Aid in the development and implementation of a digital marketing communications strategy to
optimize the Association’s digital brand
• Produce and direct promotional and informational videos, written content, display advertisements
and graphic designs
• Provide functional expertise, best practices and recommendations regarding the execution of
digital marketing campaigns
• Measure and analyze content performance across all digital channels and use analytics to optimize
digital marketing efforts
• Enhance user experience across all digital platforms
• Identify current digital marketing trends and emerging technology and provide insight for adoption
where appropriate
• Aid in website maintenance and social media posts as directed
• Assist with other projects as directed by the Director of Communications & Marketing or CEO
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
• Excellent communication skills – both oral and written
• Organized and able to meet deadlines
• Ability to work with a team or independently
• Thorough understanding of AP style guidelines
• Experience using video equipment

• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and other design software
