Annual Membership Directory Advertising Information

All ads must be full page with dimensions of 4-1/2 inches by 7 inches.
Inside 4-color ads will be placed on tabs on a first come, first serve basis.
Spaces available: Back Cover, color (1), Inside Front Cover, color (1), Inside Back Cover, color (1), Color Inside Directory (unlimited).
All insertion orders and all artwork must be received by February 18, 2012.
Publication date for the Annual Membership Directory is the first quarter of 2012.
Meeting facilities spec pages (up to 2 pages) are free with a purchase of a color ad, but pages must be provided at the same time as the directory ad. A pick up from previous year is not available; new pages must be provided each year.
The Membership Directory is mailed out to every ACAE member (over 430 members) at no charge; additional directories can be purchased for $10/copy.
Non-members of ACAE can purchase the directory for $50/copy.
The Alabama Legislature receives the directory at no cost.

Cover is 1/2 inch wider that text pages.

Full page ad with white margin is 4.875 x 7.5.
Tab pages are 6 x 8.5 but have a half inch devoted to tab.
No bleed options for these pages.

The Council News is the quarterly publication, published in the Spring (March), Summer (June), Fall (September), Winter (December).
Ad dimensions are 8.5 x 11Full page ad with bleed should be 8.5 x 11 plus 1/8 inch bleed on all sides.
Full page ad with white margin should be 7.5 x 9.25.
Keep critical content 1/4 inch from edge of full bleed ad.
All insertion orders & artwork must be received one month prior to the month of that issue, i.e.: Spring deadline is February 1.
On multiple ad contracts, if the advertiser fails to supply a new or changed copy by the closing date, the publisher is authorized to repeat the last advertisement.
Rates are discounted if advertised in multiple issues and insertion orders are sent in at the same time.
Press releases and other news spots are given to members if space is available.
